THE JOB
We are looking for a licensed Laser Aesthetician to join our cosmetic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-end, fast-growing cosmetic center that will challenge you and inspire you to be your best self! The ideal candidate is obsessed with aesthetics, has the ability to thrive under pressure, and possesses the skill set to take a patient through a complete journey from consultation to treatment and beyond.
YOUR DUTIES
- Perform a variety of laser procedures, including but not limited to laser hair removal, tattoo removal, IPL, laser resurfacing, vein therapy, and more
- Recommend products for home use
- Create personalized treatment plans/customize treatments based upon skin conditions and other factors
- Perform all job duties in strict accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Drive improvements into the current customer lifecycle, ensuring the customer experience is always front and center
- Effectively communicate with MD as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional Electrologist Credential required
- Must have enthusiasm and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Understands that this is a “business inside a business”
- Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge to help the rest of the team.
- Sales driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player
Salary $25/hour.
