THE JOB
We are looking for a skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our multidisciplinary team at high-growth upscale aesthetic practice. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skincare and body contouring procedures, including but not limited to facials, waxing, Hydrafacials, RF, microdermabrasion, CoolSculpting, and more.
YOUR DUTIES
- Provide each patient with a detailed consultation, including a review of their current medical history, discussing their needs, and recommending products and procedures
- Independently perform a variety of procedures within training/certification scope
- Provide follow-up as outline in procedure protocol
- Understand emergency policy and procedures
- Review patient records pre and post treatment
- Effectively communicate with MD as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care
- Answer patient questions and concerns
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be licensed by the state of Florida
- 2+ years of experience working in an upscale spa environment
- Understands that this is a “business inside a business”
- Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge to help the rest of the team
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with patients
- Must be a team player
- Outwardly a positive attitude and enthusiastic towards the job
